Place the unzipped files in Vtube studios "Items" folder. ( if you wish not to recolor anything)
How to RECOLOR assets:
1) Place the files in vtube studios "live2d model" folder.
2) To save it as an asset click on the green star icon on the left side in Vtube studio and then click on " load current model as Live2D item. By doing this it will create a file in the folder "items" that you can use as an asset. You will also get an option to recolor the asset.
